One of seven Mates

ComplianceMates

Bring inspections, requirements, deficiencies and supporting evidence into one building-level picture. Organize corrective actions, due dates and verification so follow-up starts with context.

ComplianceMates crest

ComplianceMates is part of the 5K TAC platform being built around Building Memory™. The workflow below describes the intended experience. Contact us to confirm current availability, supported features, and a suitable first building.

Who it is designed for

For facility and compliance teams organizing building obligations, inspection evidence, and corrective actions. The goal is a traceable picture of what is known, what is open, and what still needs verification.

A workflow with context

  1. Put requirements in context

Start with the building, its systems, applicable jurisdiction, relevant authorities, and owner requirements. Preserve the source behind a requirement.

  2. Connect findings to follow-up

Link inspection findings to the affected location or asset, the original report, due dates, and the responsible participants.

  3. Record the outcome and its evidence

Add repair records, photos, and verification evidence. Distinguish reported work from a verified outcome and retain earlier findings as part of the history.

A practical example

An inspection identifies a deficiency. The team can follow the finding through corrective work and verification while retaining the original inspection evidence.

Building Memory™ inside ComplianceMates

The requirement, finding, follow-up, and outcome remain connected. Missing documentation is treated as an evidence gap, not automatic proof of noncompliance.

The seven Mates are different views of a shared building history. Atlas is designed to connect that history with governed technical knowledge while keeping evidence, interpretation, and uncertainty distinct.
